The Department of Operations, at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, is responsible for all facilities and operations management and planning in almost 1M square feet of office, classroom, and research space. The Department is also responsible for all real estate, facilities maintenance, space management, renovations, construction, security, food service, landscaping, custodial services, emergency planning, environmental health and safety (EH&S), and strategic facilities planning. These buildings are located in both Boston, MA and Cambridge, MA.

Chief Building Engineer
C&W Services is recruiting for a Chief Building Engineer for the Frost Tower in San Antonio:
General responsibilities include the operation, maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs to a “Class AA” commercial high-rise office building. Including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and all other building systems. Must have working knowledge of all building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety, fire protection and security systems to ensure proper operations and be able to act upon any conditions that are out of the ordinary.
Skills, Education And Experience:
• Seven (7) years’ experience in building operations, engineering and equipment and systems maintenance with a minimum of 2 years as a supervisor
• Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
• Holds necessary/required licenses.
• Knowledge and understanding of blueprints.
• Possession of State of Texas Drivers License.
• Strong customer service, communication and computer skills

PROCESS COOLING SYSTEM
For over 30 years, Process Cooling Systems, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems. With a growing team and offices in Leominster, MA and Spartanburg, SC, PCS provides process water solutions for industrial manufacturing operations of all types and sizes, across North America. As a member of the Service Team, you will fill a critical role in delivering state of the art solutions to our growing customer base. This Service Start-up Technician position is responsible for initial installation and service of chillers, cooling towers, dry air coolers, adiabatic coolers, pumps, variable frequency drives and Allen Bradley PLC’s. The successful candidate will also assist in other aspects of the on-site install process including piping and controls wiring among other requirements.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, self-motivated, collaborative, have solid customer service and communication skills and be able to take direction and interact successfully with project management teams. This position is over-time eligible and will report into the Service Team.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and service multiple different pieces of equipment for industrial cooling systems
Assist in other on-site installation tasks including piping and controls wiring
Ensure a clean and safe work environment for all team members and customer staff
Up to 150 days of travel per year so must be able to work independently to achieve equipment and system start-up schedules
5 years of experience as a service/start-up technician of cooling equipment
Must be able to read and interpret prints
Refrigeration license a plus
Must have strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn piping and control wiring
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years of age
